A document arranged by the representative of British Consulate on 13 August 1925 stating that the Turkish republic citizen Madame Takuhi Kömürcü [possible Armenian] intends to sell her real-estate on Beyoğlu [Pera] Simidçi Sokak, no 16 to the British citizen and Maltese background Marsuazel [Mademoiselle?] Roza Mercika. The bottom document is the rear of the sheet with approval no 212, 23 February 1926, allowing the sale to progress. The document is signed by the Consul General A.T. Waugh, who possibly added his own photo on the document to add weight to the document to ensure its approval?
