The location of the Yeşilköy [San Stefano - old views of the neigbourhood] Catholic cemetery is visible in a 1917 British survey map of the Constantinople region at the British Library. The street now appears to be called Serbesti Caddesi, and the number of the Latin cemetery is 16 (clearly visible in the photos). I believe that the Greek Orthodox cemetery was next to extant the Latin cemetery, on the site now occupied by a restaurant and ‘halk pazari’. The Armenian cemetery might have been in the same area, as Ottoman Christian tended to group their cemeteries together. A Turkish web site seems to confirm my suspicions as it states that the Armenian cemetery is now a car park. You will note that the grounds of the Latin cemetery were donated by Ohannes Boghos Dadian, of the well-known Armenian family of Constantinople. He must have been a Catholic. One of the burials here is that of the painter Amadeo Preziosi - information and images courtesy of George Vassiadis, 2008.
