Marble tombstones displayed in Uşak Museum in Anatolia, recovered from the haul of a thief. These seem to be Catholic in style and museum authorities have stated they have an Izmir origin. This possibly points to one of the destroyed cemeteries of the city, possibly Kemer Catholic that was cleared in the 1970 and the better stones were stored in various centres under municipal control, though since moved again, so the trail is now cold.
