The former flour mill at Halkapınar, photographed when it served that purpose pre-1922, and according to the official web site highlighting its current restoration, operated at the time (1908) by the Greek industrialists Yuan Tuzakoglu ve Vasil Istefanidi, though it may have had an earlier history under different owners and later serving a variety of purposes such as State Security Courts - below current views of these zone’s buildings.
