The former Bliss house in Boudja where the family lived in from 1894 which is where Byron had earlier stayed. It was called the Tarlah and I think it has long since been pulled down. The name ‘Tarlah’ may well refer to the Gordon house visible in the Barker archives and this will further hold water as legend has it Byron stayed in this house when it was owned by John Gout, the original owner - further information: 3 more pictures of the ‘Tarlah’ house below - the ruins of this house in the 1970s.
